Service Description

During this VIP session we will take a deep dive into all areas of starting or building your non profit or social impact venture. Typically up to 4 hrs. In this session we will determine: signature program services and unique value proposition, target audience, board assessment and development, funding strategy, and organization launch or implementation plan. This session is delivered via a virtual video conference, with 30 minute breaks at the 90 minute mark. Designed for changemakers who want to position their organizations to increase impact, funding, and long term sustainability in an accelerated fashion.
